At Arise and Anchor, we strive to make counseling services accessible and transparent.

Self-Pay Rate

The fee for a 60-minute counseling session is $135. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made.

Sliding Scale Availability

A limited number of sliding scale appointments are available for clients experiencing financial hardship. If you would like to be considered, please complete the application below: 

Insurance

We currently accept:

• Blue Cross Blue Shield - TX

• UnitedHealthcare

Additional insurance panels:

• Aetna — accepting clients beginning 06/01

• The Cigna Group — coming soon

Please note that coverage and benefits vary by plan. Clients are encouraged to verify mental health benefits and eligibility with their insurance provider prior to services.

Cancelation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancelations or rescheduled appointments. Late cancelations or missed appointments may be subject to a $40 fee.
